At Mercor, I develop and refine prompts for AI model training and performance evaluation. I assess responses for accuracy, relevance, reasoning, and instruction-following, then document structured feedback against project quality standards.
At DeKalb County School District of Georgia, I resolve hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues for staff across four schools. I also deploy Windows devices and package applications with SCCM.
My work has also included remote data entry at Inktel Contact Center Solutions and TEKsystems, policy administration and insurance operations at OSAIC, and research into public records, tax liens, and surplus funds at The Real Estate Group Partners.
