What I'm looking for

I want to keep training and improving AI systems by evaluating prompts, auditing datasets, and collaborating cross-functionally to drive measurable gains in accuracy, safety, and helpfulness—while growing into higher-impact AI quality leadership.

I’m an AI Trainer who develops and refines complex, multi-step prompts to rigorously evaluate AI model capabilities and edge-case behavior. I assess and score AI-generated responses with structured, criteria-based rubrics focused on accuracy, safety, and helpfulness, then provide detailed, actionable feedback through iterative training cycles.

In my current work, I audit and validate labeled AI training datasets for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with annotation guidelines. I identify systematic labeling errors and deliver targeted feedback to annotation teams, reducing error rates and directly improving training performance. I also optimize datasets to meet rigorous project standards.

Before that, I supported end-users as an IT Support Technician—diagnosing hardware, software, and network issues and deploying software updates and patches to keep systems running reliably. I’m pairing that operational mindset with my B.S. in Information & Communication Technology (Cybersecurity concentration) and certifications to drive higher-quality outcomes in AI and security-focused work.
