At BombBomb, I joined as the only designer months before a full platform relaunch, triaging launch-critical experiences and shaping 12+ feature areas with engineering teams. I introduced working prototypes using Claude Code and ChatGPT Codex, including a teleprompter with AI-generated speaker notes, and the design team adopted the approach.
At Blink UX, I led the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts app redesign, helping raise its App Store rating from 1.8 to 4.9, and led Avangrid’s service redesign, which contributed to a 200% increase in NPS. At HF Designworks, I’ve led design and hazard-analysis work for aviation and unmanned aircraft systems, including identifying 183+ risks and hazards and ensuring each had a mitigation by the end of the effort.
