I’m a Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC) with 2+ years spanning quantity estimating, site engineering, and construction planning across residential, commercial, and infrastructure work. I focus on producing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates that hold up to project standards in real bid timelines.

Since December 2025, I’ve completed 150+ take-offs and cost estimates for a US-based firm, supporting civil and infrastructure scopes such as subdivisions, residential builds, highways, and public facilities. I work directly to US project standards using Planswift, Bluebeam, and ZZTake Off, analyzing drawings and specifications for water, storm drainage, sewer, wastewater, and erosion control systems.

On the execution side, I’ve coordinated teams of 10–20 personnel on active job sites and supported complex delivery, including a 7-storey commercial fit-out under a ₱13M contract. I’m comfortable working across imperial and metric unit systems, and I manage accuracy through concurrent project support across multiple active engagements.

Before and alongside my estimating work, I’ve led site operations and planning as a Construction Engineer / Quantity Estimator / Planning Engineer, including supervision for a 280m³ reservoir, metering/chlorination/boosterstation buildings, a bridge culvert, and a 2 MLD water treatment plant in Siquijor. I also co-founded and operate Matris Construction, where I handle cash flow, procurement, manpower scheduling, and client/subcontractor coordination to meet quality standards and timelines.
