I'm a Registered Civil Engineer who has delivered costing and quantity take-offs for residential, commercial, fit-out, warehouse, land development, and high-rise projects.
At Scheirman Construction Consolidated Inc., I supported major projects including Firenze Residences, Arcovia, Zeal Residences, Tagaloan Brewery, Mira City, Bauan International Port, and Eastern Visayas Medical Center Legacy Hospital. I prepared detailed quantity take-offs and costing across projects ranging from residential developments to hospital and infrastructure works.
