I'm looking for a role where I can combine business analysis, technical problem-solving, SQL, APIs, and AI-assisted workflows to improve customer-facing platforms and cross-functional processes.

I support enterprise platforms and cross-functional business decisions through requirements gathering, technical problem-solving, and clear stakeholder communication.

At Aptiv, I partner with engineering, operations, finance, quality, and program teams to align sourcing decisions with delivery priorities. I analyze supplier proposals, operational data, commercial terms, and performance metrics to shape strategic recommendations.

At RainFocus and Stova, I provided white-glove frontline support for enterprise event technology platforms, resolving configuration, access, data, and workflow issues. I investigated and documented problems, guided customers through practical resolutions, and collaborated with implementation, support, and engineering teams on complex cases.

I also built Magicizer, a browser-based AI-powered deck-building platform using TypeScript, SQL, and REST APIs. I use AI-assisted development tools to prototype, troubleshoot, and automate repeatable work.
