I independently designed and developed the CENPHARCO Pest-Control Product Platform, a production application with a React front end, Node.js backend, and MongoDB database. I built responsive product and business interfaces, added automated tests with Jest and Cypress, and deployed the application on Vercel and Render.
For my Cancer-Associated DNA Mutation Classification project, I developed an end-to-end machine learning pipeline to distinguish mutated DNA sequences from corresponding healthy sequences. I engineered biological features and compared models, achieving approximately 90% classification accuracy on the processed dataset.
I also developed an AI agent for a 4x4 Tic-Tac-Toe variant using Minimax with Alpha-Beta Pruning and depth-limited search. In a used-car listing aggregation team project, I built filtering, sorting, and browsing interfaces and integrated them with the backend database.
Alongside my technical projects, I managed day-to-day short-term rental and property operations, coordinating guest communication, cleaning teams, maintenance personnel, and property owners. I hold an M.S. and a B.S. in Computer Science from University of the Pacific.
