I’m looking for a role where I can grow my logistics expertise into a logistics specialist position, keep improving through continuous learning, and take on challenges while coordinating freight operations with US-based teams.

I’m a logistics supporter with over 6 years of full-time remote collaboration with US-based teams, supporting FTL, LTL, and UPS shipments. I focus on clear goals, staying organized, and working under pressure while coordinating freight operations that keep customers moving.

I manage 100+ loads per week by scheduling pickups/deliveries, tracking shipments, and negotiating/book FTL shipments with carriers and load boards. I also handle freight data and pricing using Excel and TMS platforms—tracking invoices, disputing unreasonable charges, and managing claims to deliver on-time results, including 95% successful insurance shipment claims and 90% successful invoice disputes.
