At Unishippers Global Logistics, I coordinate LTL, FTL, and UPS shipments while working remotely with US-based teams. I manage scheduling, deliveries, and shipment tracking for more than 100 loads per week.

I negotiate and book FTL shipments with carriers and load boards, and coordinate with US vendors across time zones. I also work directly with US customers and cross-functional teams.

I resolve delayed and lost shipments to support on-time delivery. My claims work achieved a 95% success rate for damaged products on insurance shipments and 85% for claims made directly to carriers.

I also dispute unreasonable invoice charges, with a 90% success rate, and have helped collect more than $25,000 in overdue and bad-debt bills. I'm working toward becoming a logistics specialist within the next five years and want to keep improving my skills and knowledge.
