I'm looking to apply my healthcare and financial operations experience in a high-volume environment focused on data accuracy, reconciliation, claims resolution, reporting, process improvement, and complex exception research.

I've led healthcare reimbursement, payment posting, account reconciliation, and claims-resolution workflows at LifePoint Health, focusing on accuracy, timely completion, and complex exception resolution.

Across UC Health, CDK Global, Security National Automotive Acceptance Company, and CASH America, I've investigated billing discrepancies, payment variances, unapplied cash, denials, underpayments, and outstanding balances in high-volume environments. At CDK Global, I managed and analyzed more than 1,200 customer accounts monthly while using Oracle, AS400, and Excel to identify patterns and improve workflows.
