I'm looking for consulting assignments, project-based work, and collaborations in organizational development, job evaluation, skills audits, workforce analysis, and organizational optimization.

At Zimbabwe's Public Service Commission, I facilitate job evaluation, organizational restructuring, skills audits, and workforce planning across line ministries, government departments, and agencies. I conducted a job evaluation project covering 1,500 jobs across 21 government ministries, updating job descriptions and grades.

I use work studies, policy analysis, SAP data, detailed establishment tables, and manning frameworks to eliminate redundancies, align structures with institutional mandates, and strengthen service delivery. I am open to consulting assignments, project-based work, and collaborations in organizational development, job evaluation, skills audits, and organizational optimization.
