What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a teaching position where I can support grade 4 learners’ growth through values education, communication, conflict resolution, patience, structured guidance, and collaborative learning in a supportive, disciplined, inclusive classroom.

I'm seeking to support grade 4 learners at Learning Success Institute through communication, conflict resolution, values education, and structured guidance.

During my attachment with Zimbabwe’s Ministry of Local Government and Public Works, I planned activities, tracked progress, prepared governance presentations, supported community liaison, and contributed to the National Clean-Up Campaign. I also developed experience briefing diverse audiences, facilitating structured discussions, and preparing reports and briefing notes.

My Peace, Conflict and Governance degree has strengthened my ability to de-escalate disputes, work collaboratively, solve problems, and create safe, disciplined, inclusive learning environments. I bring patience, fairness, and clear communication in English and Shona.
