At Metrofile VYSION, I coordinate operational service delivery across processing, imaging and archiving for FNB. I monitor quality and productivity, and introduce corrective processes when needed.
Previously, as Client Success Manager at Metrofile VYSION/Tidy Files, I supported clients with document management needs, system guidance and training. I worked with Sales and Operations on client specifications, process flows and new client take-on.
At Tidy Files, I managed document imaging, records management and filing services for a portfolio of 32 clients. I led onboarding and workflow implementation, supervised a team of 32 employees, and implemented process improvements.
Earlier, at New Concept Mining, I managed weekly payroll processing and supported HR administration, employee records and workforce reporting. I hold a BCom Honours in Industrial & Organisational Psychology and a BCom in Industrial Psychology & Labour Relations from UNISA and North-West University, respectively.
