Ich möchte HR-Strategien und operative Prozesse verantworten, Veränderungen aktiv begleiten und unsere HR-Systeme (SAP Successfactors/Gfos) sowie HR-Datenanalysen konsequent für bessere Entscheidungen und effizientere Abläufe verbessern.

Ich bin HR Business Partner und gestalte Personalstrategien, die direkt die Unternehmensziele unterstützen. In meiner Rolle entwickle und pflege ich personalrelevante Dokumente, übernehme Personaladministration und begleite Veränderungen, Restrukturierungen und Transformationen im Rahmen des Change-Managements.

Ich arbeite eng mit Stakeholdern zusammen, betreue HR-Management-Software wie SAP Successfactors und Gfos (u. a. Zeiterfassung, Stammdatenpflege, Krankmeldungen und Berichtserstellung) und liefere Unterstützung bei der Analyse von HR-Daten und Kennzahlen. Außerdem verantworte ich On- und Offboarding, inkl. Einführung in HR-Systeme, Exit-Gespräche, Abschlussdokumente und die Rückgabe von Firmeneigentum.

Durch meine Erfahrung in Recruiting und HR-Operations bringe ich eine starke Hands-on-Perspektive für saubere Prozesse mit. Ich optimiere HR-Abläufe, wirke an HR-Effizienzsteigerungen mit und unterstütze Gesundheitsschutz-Themen wie Gefährdungsbeurteilungen sowie das betriebliche Eingliederungsmanagement (BEM) – mit dem Anspruch, HR spürbar wirksamer zu machen.
