At DD Tech, I provide remote technical support to client company employees, diagnosing and resolving software, PC, and network issues. I process support requests, monitor equipment and services, and escalate complex cases while working with a senior system administrator.

At Kiper.KZ, I handled client support requests and implemented and configured r-keeper and UMAG business automation software. I also installed retail equipment, trained client staff, and documented software bugs.

At the Wildberries pickup point (PVZ), I was responsible for IT infrastructure across 8 pickup points, including PCs, networks, equipment, and software. I also installed and configured local networks and security cameras.

I work with Linux every day, including Debian and Ubuntu, using the terminal, SSH, systemd, and nginx. At home, I run a lab on an ESXi host with Debian virtual machines, where I install systems from scratch, configure services, and practice network setups, including ZeroTier. I also repair and maintain PCs and network equipment, and my goal is to grow into a system engineer.
