At DD Tech, I provide remote technical support to client company employees, handling requests, diagnosing issues, and closing tickets. I also monitor equipment and services, configure networks and printers, and escalate complex cases to a senior system administrator.

At Kiper.KZ, I handled client requests through Bitrix24 and Telegram and supported business automation software, including r-keeper and UMAG. I also configured retail equipment, helped resolve software errors, and trained client staff.

At Wildberries pickup point (PVZ), I was responsible for the IT infrastructure across 8 pickup points. I configured local networks and security cameras, and handled employee requests to help keep the points running reliably.

I work with Linux, including Debian and Ubuntu, and use terminal tools such as SSH, systemd, and nginx. At home, I run a lab on an ESXi host with Debian virtual machines to install systems, configure services, and practice network setups, including ZeroTier; I also repair and maintain PCs and network equipment.
