Led adoption of Ansible for configuration management, automating recovery to reduce failover time by 95% and redesigned VM deployment workflows to cut errors and costs while improving system reliability.

Managed mixed Linux/Windows infrastructure for a high-traffic travel platform, maintained MySQL clusters, automated operations with Jenkins/Vagrant/Docker, and designed a disaster recovery solution with 24/7 monitoring to improve availability.

Provided 24/7 on-call support, handled customer support tickets and maintenance, and developed a Perl tool to integrate firewall rule management into the customer portal, streamlining operations.

Monitored and managed system alerts during night shifts and executed maintenance and deployment tasks to ensure infrastructure reliability and client service continuity.
