At Walgreens, I led solution architecture workshops and designed reusable reference architectures for secure production GenAI, including Bedrock Knowledge Bases, hybrid retrieval, reranking, citation-based responses, and agentic workflows.

At United Health Group Incorporated, I developed production-grade Bedrock and governance-focused AI assistants for regulated healthcare use cases, including secure RAG pipelines and human review workflows tied to compliance requirements.

Earlier, at CGI Federal Inc, I architected production-scale RAG and multi-agent systems (LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI) and built evaluation and guardrail pipelines to measure groundedness, hallucination rate, and retrieval quality.
