What I'm looking for

I seek a mission-focused logistics or systems role leveraging SAAS expertise, training delivery, and helpdesk support within a collaborative team that values leadership and continuous improvement.

I am a retired U.S. Army Sergeant First Class with 21 years of honorable service, specializing as an Ammunition Specialist and logistics professional. I bring deep operational knowledge of ammunition management and a commitment to mission readiness.

In my current role as a Senior Field Engineer II I provide functional expertise for Class V ammunition management and support SAAS sustainment activities. I perform requirements analysis, system testing, and IAVA testing to improve system reliability, availability and maintainability.

I regularly deliver Tier 1/2 helpdesk support, troubleshoot system errors, and use ServiceNow to manage, track and prioritize activity in real time. I collaborate cross-functionally with developers, database administrators and end users to resolve issues and implement system upgrades.

I am also an experienced instructor and course developer, having trained Soldiers and civilians on SAAS, ammunition handling, and logistics processes. I hold a Secret security clearance and I lead with strong communication, leadership and customer-service focus.
