Commercial lead for the Sustainability Business Unit of Quadrante Group, overseeing the full proposal portfolio for private clients and public tenders, closing approximately €1.5M in new work. Owns the pipeline from opportunity screening through bid structuring, pricing, and submission, and leads bids to the EC, EEA, and APA.

Led the technical workstream of an Innovation Fund application that secured a €30M European Commission grant for a €50M industrial decarbonisation project. Prepared and submitted applications to Horizon Europe, LIFE, and the Innovation Fund, covering technical feasibility, GHG emissions modelling, and financial planning.

Founded and led a circular economy startup from concept to market, securing €325K through a €200K competitive public grant and €125K in private equity. Directed the industrial waste trading platform from concept to launch, reaching ~100 industrial clients, and ran strategy, team, and investor relations.

Managed industrial R&D projects in circular economy and sustainability, leading the environmental assessment workstream. Delivered LCA and LCC studies in SimaPro and cost models that informed client design and investment decisions.

Attended the School of CEOs program at UMinho Exec.

Completed the Advanced Program in Project Management at UMinho Exec.

Completed training on the in-depth use of SimaPro software.

Completed a Master of Science in Materials Engineering at Universidade de Aveiro.
