What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine administrative coordination and virtual assistance with business/data analysis—using tools like Jira, Excel, SQL, and dashboards—to streamline work, support decisions, and collaborate with teams.

I’m an Administrative Coordinator / Virtual Assistant with a strong background in business analysis, data management, and research. I organize complex administrative workflows and translate information into clear, structured summaries that support decision-making.

In my recent role in the UK, I researched and maintained detailed geographic and administrative place data across the country to enable business planning and project development. I handled high-volume outreach (about 20 calls per day), implemented Jira for task tracking and Confluence for documentation, and presented information in user-friendly formats tailored to business needs.

Before that, I managed email correspondence, coordinated travel arrangements (including visas), and conducted detailed research to deliver actionable insights.
