I am a Technical Product Manager with a strong foundation in product design, user research, and cross-functional collaboration, focused on translating business goals into actionable requirements and managing end-to-end product lifecycles. I have led the development of offline banking solutions and collaborated closely with engineering, QA, design, and CX to deliver scalable products that improve usability, reduce fraud risk, and increase customer satisfaction.

I leverage tools like Figma, Mixpanel, Metabase and Grafana and apply data-driven insights, competitive analysis, and user feedback to prioritize features and guide roadmaps. I hold a CSPO® certification and have hands-on experience creating prototypes, running A/B tests, conducting usability research, and aligning technical feasibility with user needs to drive product growth.
