I'm looking for a Customer Care Representative role where I can provide friendly, solutions-focused support, resolve day-to-day issues, work independently from a home office, and adapt to new systems and procedures.

I've supported customers at Wheat City Laundry by answering equipment, service, payment, and account questions while resolving day-to-day concerns promptly and courteously.
