What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a school that values collaboration and measurable student growth, where I can strengthen early literacy, differentiate effectively, and support families with clear communication while maintaining a safe, structured learning environment.

I’m a Reading Core Specialist focused on early literacy growth and student success. I taught Kindergarten–5th grade foundational reading skills, differentiating instruction to support a wide range of abilities, and collaborating with school leadership to develop schoolwide initiatives that improve engagement and achievement.

Before this, I taught Pre-K children 4–5 with developmentally appropriate lesson plans, learning centers, and hands-on activities—while ensuring safety and following state licensing and school policies. I’ve also delivered substitute coverage across Pre-K–12, building quick rapport, managing behavior with clear expectations, and supporting diverse learning needs through collaboration and documentation of progress.

Prior to teaching I coached and ran a gymnastics facility for athletes ranging from ages 1 to 22. I ran a facility for 6 years and have coached for 20 years.

I have also worked in HR and procurement for 9 years where I handled accounts for DHL as well as hiring and onboarding.
