I've built software asset management and global IT support operations at Supercell, Vaisala, and Unity Technologies. At Supercell, I organized hardware asset management, created software management processes, improved new-hire workflows, and saved €250k on software renewals.
At Unity, I started the global license management team and developed the software management process, saving and preventing $1.3m in spending. I've coordinated IT support across up to four offices, managed hardware and software purchases, and led optimization projects across teams.
