What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a Finland-based role where I can combine IT hardware support, procurement, vendor coordination, and operational problem-solving in an international environment.

I've managed high-volume procurement and service requests at SEM, from supplier sourcing and quotations through purchasing, delivery, invoicing, and issue resolution. I negotiated supplier agreements that reduced costs by approximately 15% while supporting growth from 60 to 600 annual business trips.

Earlier, I administered three computer classrooms, selected and deployed IT equipment, resolved hardware and software issues, and supported users in Cisco-based environments. I've also defined requirements, coordinated development, tested, and implemented 1C information systems for daily operations.
