What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a global, diversity-focused organization where I can lead talent acquisition, recruitment, and onboarding while applying intercultural communication skills to build inclusive, high-performing teams.

I’m a Talent Acquisition and Education Specialist with a strong focus on intercultural communication and global recruitment. Having lived and worked in Kazakhstan, Georgia, Germany, and Peru, I bring an international perspective to identifying and engaging diverse talent.

In my Recruitment Specialist and Community Manager roles, I mentor international and local students, organize intercultural workshops and community events, and ensure smooth integration through an inclusive, welcoming approach. I also lead recruitment and onboarding—identifying and onboarding new participants and staff members from diverse backgrounds.

I’ve supervised mentors in multicultural communities, evaluated mentor performance, and implemented feedback-based strategies to strengthen educational and intercultural activities. With academic training in English Literatures and Cultures and English Philology, I combine critical thinking and cultural studies with practical program development and community collaboration.
