I’m an IT Personnel / Tutor based in Nairobi, and I bring a strong blend of classroom-style technical support and workplace quality assurance. Since 2017, I’ve worked at Samasource Kenya Ltd. as a Subject Matter Expert, performing “Realtime Quality checks” and “Quality assurance Assistant” tasks while supporting team delivery through team management and consistent follow-through on data program techniques and procedures.
Before that, I developed hands-on troubleshooting and networking experience through roles such as “Computer Assistant” and “Cyber attendant/IT Assistant.” I supported hardware/software systems, organized IT resources, ran software updates on request, and improved network stability through LAN configuration, proxy servers, network design and implementation, and performance monitoring—always securing systems by enforcing policies and resolving issues quickly.
