What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on teaching role in TVET/academic settings where I can deliver competency-based ICT instruction, mentor students, and apply industry experience to practical learning while growing as a technical trainer.

I am a dedicated ICT professional with a Diploma in Information and Communication Technology and training in Technical Trainer Education, committed to delivering competency-based teaching that links theory to practical workplace skills.

I have classroom and lab teaching experience from Kaiboi National Polytechnic (teaching practice) and as a Technical Teacher at Tindiret Technical and Vocational College, where I taught Management Information Systems, Computer Networking, Computer Applications, Data Communication and Operating Systems aligned to CBET/TVET curricula.

My industry experience includes roles at the National Treasury of Kenya, Chemelil Sugar Company and other organizations where I performed data entry, data analysis and general ICT support, enabling me to bring real-world examples into instruction and ensure learners gain practical competence.

I am self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented; I design lesson plans, schemes of work, assessments and practical learning materials, supervise practical projects and maintain safe, well-managed labs to support diverse learners' success.
