What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead cloud, security, and IT operations work where I can improve processes, build high-safety collaborative environments, and support reliable SaaS or healthcare technology systems.

At Trella Health, I owned IT operations across infrastructure, incident management, security, production availability, release management, and help desk services. I led the migration of company infrastructure to AWS, converted applications to containers and CDN, and built NodeJS applications.

I helped Trella Health earn CMS QE certification to securely store Medicare transactions, alongside HIPAA and SOC2 compliance. I also led the operational integration of PlayMaker Health following acquisition and managed customer support from Q4 2023 through Q1 2025.

Earlier, I led technical product development at Trella Health and designed secure healthcare systems at VoicePort, including a 30,000-calls-per-day pharmacy integration with HEB supermarkets. My work has included APIs, prescription-services applications, database design, web applications, telephony, and automation.

Across more than 20 years in telecom and medical technology, I've worked as a programmer, database specialist, architect, team lead, manager, and director. I enjoy making processes smoother, easier, and more intelligent while building collaborative, safety-focused operational environments.
