I'm looking to lead enterprise incident response, mission control, security operations, and infrastructure transformation where I can improve resilience, reliability, observability, and service delivery at scale.

I lead 24/7 enterprise service operations, incident command, and service restoration for mission-critical technology environments. At CSAA Insurance Group, I reduced enterprise outage duration by 33.7% year-over-year by improving monitoring telemetry and incident response workflows.

I previously led global mission control operations at Providence Health & Services, supporting patient-critical infrastructure through real-time monitoring, major incident management, synthetic monitoring, and executive telemetry reporting. As Interim Group Vice President of IS Operations, I led more than 200 infrastructure and operations professionals.
