What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles in higher education or development program management where I can drive strategic planning, capacity building, stakeholder collaboration, and inclusive program delivery.

I am an experienced campus chief and higher-education administrator with a long history of leading academic institutions and development programs in Nepal. I focus on administrative, financial, and educational management to ensure smooth campus operations and program delivery.

I have led capacity-building initiatives, facilitated numerous trainings and workshops, and developed strategic and procurement plans to modernize academic programs. I regularly coordinate with stakeholders including Tribhuvan University, NEB, the University Grants Commission, local government bodies, and development partners.

My background also includes leadership roles in province-level campus associations, membership on academic councils, and management of donor-funded development projects using approaches such as Sustainable Livelihoods and rights-based methods. I have overseen monitoring, evaluation, reporting, and strategic planning in both NGO and government-supported programs.

I bring strong report-writing and interpersonal communication skills in English and Nepali, experience with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PageMaker, and a commitment to inclusive approaches addressing gender, ethnic minorities, and disadvantaged groups.
