At Bridgewise, I manage end-to-end customer integrations, from API setup and Postman testing through deployment and client UAT.
I validate REST API endpoints and data flows, perform manual testing across development, staging, and production, and troubleshoot authentication and token-related issues. I also customize widget UI and behavior using Storybook and Figma while partnering with QA, product, and development teams on bugs and regression scenarios.
Previously at CRPT Armenia, I coordinated client onboarding and implementation, defining requirements, timelines, and delivery milestones with stakeholders.
My earlier work at Sportion and Emater included incident management under SLA, issue reproduction and escalation, website reliability, third-party API integrations, and customer technical support.
