I've tested web, cloud, and point-of-sale applications at EPAM Systems and MicroBiz Cloud Point of Sale, supporting products from development through production.
At EPAM Systems, I perform functional and regression testing, validate REST APIs with Postman, create test cases and plans, and track defects in JIRA while working in Agile/Scrum teams. I have also managed Sitecore website content and validated content functionality and page layouts.
At MicroBiz Cloud Point of Sale, I implemented automation tests using Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Java, conducted REST API testing with Postman and Newman, and created test documentation in QAComplete.
Earlier, I provided technical customer support through Freshdesk, partnered with developers to troubleshoot issues, and created support documentation. I bring experience across manual testing, automation, API validation, regression testing, and the full SDLC/STLC.
