At ServiceTitan, I tested both web and mobile applications across multiple operating systems, used Jira for issue tracking, and created import templates using Excel and SQL to streamline customer data workflows.

I delivered personalized customer support, owned end-to-end communications, and collaborated with sales, product, and support teams to align solutions with customer goals. I also automated areas of the system using tools such as Zapier and managed API keys.

I hold a BSc in Engineering Science from the American University of Armenia and have completed courses in SQL fundamentals and project management foundations, which reinforce my technical and process-oriented approach.
