I’m a Payment Support Specialist with experience handling shadowban cases and high-risk withdrawals, plus broader support across payments, deposits, refunds, and digital asset transactions. I coordinate technical escalations and complex investigations, using tools like Zendesk and Jira to deliver fast, accurate resolutions and maintain strong customer satisfaction.

Most recently, I supported users across P2P trading, crypto storage, fiat-to-crypto onboarding, NFT/token transactions, DeFi interactions, and exchange returns for a large integrated crypto platform. I monitor and flag suspicious transaction patterns in line with AML/KYC protocols, safeguard platform integrity, and work across teams to troubleshoot issues ranging from transaction discrepancies to account access problems. Before that, I worked as a Blockchain Consultant advising clients on regulatory compliance for token sales/ICOs, training on cryptography and distributed consensus, and analyzing blockchain architectures to improve scalability, security, and performance.
