What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead client success, implementation, training, or education-focused programs where I can build inclusive experiences, develop teams, improve retention, and help clients or learners succeed.

At Baton Leads, I lead Account Managers, Client Communication Representatives, and the QR Department to strengthen client health, satisfaction, retention, and revenue. I create data-driven client success metrics and incentive programs while partnering with marketing on company-wide communications.

Previously at Slingshot Technology, I guided new clients through software onboarding, service selection, data integration, and technology training. I also developed curriculum, evaluations, and virtual tutorials for Implementation Specialists.

My foundation is in special education, adaptive programs, and teaching. I've supported learners with autism and emotional disabilities, delivered inclusive virtual and Montessori classroom instruction, and coached adaptive aquatics and Special Olympics athletes.
