I’m a Project Coordinator with 6+ years of experience supporting global IT deployments, system migrations, and PMO operations. I manage full project lifecycles, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive large-scale rollouts across North America and the UK.

In my most recent role, I led end-to-end deployment of communication systems across 1,000+ retail locations, achieving a 97% on-time delivery rate. I coordinate schedules, resources, and scope for conversions and new store openings, while serving as an escalation point for provisioning, porting, and technical issues.

I’m especially strong in migration readiness and administration. I coordinated UAT for Zoom-to-Teams migration across 5,000+ users, validated call routing and user provisioning, and administered Microsoft Teams environments (policies, permissions, and device configurations) to support reliable go-lives.

I also bring process improvement and governance through JIRA and ServiceNow, alongside vendor coordination, risk mitigation, and SLA-aligned service delivery. Beyond IT work, I’ve contributed to content and community operations, strengthening knowledge bases, KPI tracking, and user engagement through platforms like Khoros/Lithium, Jive, and AEM.
