Tiffany Macher

At Interbank, I lead qualitative and quantitative research for a retail bank serving more than 5 million clients, translating behavioral insights into design decisions that support adoption, transactional usage, and digital channel growth.

I design exploratory studies, concept validation, usability tests, user interviews, and field research across Peru. I also benchmark banking apps and fintechs, synthesize business and user data with AI tools, and present prioritized, action-oriented findings to product, design, and business stakeholders.

My psychology background shapes a human-centered approach to understanding behavior across diverse sociocultural contexts. Previously at Alicorp, I supported onboarding, recruitment, HR metrics, and employee engagement initiatives.
