What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead shifts or oversee day-to-day operations, work directly with customers or teams, and apply my reliability and service mindset to keep things running smoothly.

I’ve built my career across fast-paced, customer-facing environments, with a long run as a Shift Manager at McDonald’s. From July 1996 to November 2014, I led daily operations and kept service moving with consistency and accountability.

After that, I continued in production leadership as a Line Lead with Fresh & Easy Productions (December 2014 to October 2017). In that role, I focused on keeping work flowing smoothly and maintaining reliable execution in a production setting.

In 2018, I broadened my experience by moving into transportation, working as an Uber driver (February 2018 to January 2021). I’ve also served as a Taxi Driver, bringing the same dependability, calm problem-solving, and service mindset to every trip.

I’m grounded by my education, earning my High School Diploma from Madera High School (September 1992 to June 1996). Overall, I bring proven leadership, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering reliable results for the people who rely on me.
