I’m a Business Operations and Process Improvement professional with a Master of Commerce in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance and a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Business Management. I focus on turning operational data into practical improvements that strengthen efficiency, service delivery, and profitability.

As a Branch Manager at Victoria Foods (2023–Present), I manage end-to-end branch operations across sales, inventory, finance, and customer service. I analyse daily sales performance, operational KPIs, and inventory reports, standardize daily procedures for cash management, stock control, merchandising, and branch reporting, and lead daily meetings to remove operational bottlenecks and drive corrective actions.

Previously, as a Branch Manager (2019–2022), I strengthened workflow efficiency by coordinating warehouse, finance, and branch teams, optimizing stock management through demand forecasting, and improving merchandising using customer buying behaviour and sales data. I’ve also delivered measurable results—doubling branch sales over six consecutive months and increasing branch inventory allocation from approximately 5 million to 20 million—while using Microsoft Excel and Navision ERP to produce operational and performance reports.
