What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an operations, branch administration, procurement, or sales administration role where I can coordinate inventory, staff, suppliers, customer service, compliance, and smooth day-to-day workflows.

I've supported sales and administration at Tyre Club and National Tyre Services, coordinating branch operations, stock orders, office supplies, customer service, and business relationships.

As Sales and Administration Manager at National Tyre Services, I maintained SOP compliance, obtained relevant licences, supervised junior staff, negotiated bulk orders, and consistently exceeded monthly sales budgets. I also built customer relationships and coordinated after-sales service across Kwekwe and Harare.

My background includes reporting, filing, inventory management, supplier coordination, and liaison work between branches and head office, supported by a Bachelor of Commerce Honours Degree in Business Management with a Finance major.
