I am a dedicated content moderator with a strong background in AI and data analysis. Currently, I work as an A.I LLM tester, where I focus on ensuring the quality of Vietnamese text through grammar checks, content evaluation, and labeling. My experience in this role has honed my skills in attention to detail and critical analysis, which I believe are essential in the fast-paced digital environment.

Prior to my current position, I served as a field researcher at Cimigo Vietnam, where I was responsible for collecting and analyzing data to support managerial decisions. My ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders has been a key asset throughout my career, particularly during my time in customer service at Viettel Mobile, where I developed strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
