At Roland Rauschmayer, I owned the digital roadmap, budget, vendor steering, and e-commerce platforms across Germany, Hong Kong, and China. I built a development team in Hong Kong from scratch and led teams across both locations.

I reduced IT costs by around 30 percent through vendor consolidation, contract negotiation, automation, and tooling rationalisation. I also introduced HubSpot and DocuWare, led AI adoption through operational tools and prototypes, and managed the end-to-end payment stack across Stripe, PayPal, Klarna, and Airwallex.

Previously at IDOS EDM, I led a major energy data management platform migration with zero customer-visible downtime while delivering new features in parallel. I translated client requirements into technical specifications, extended PHP and JavaScript systems, developed REST services and Oracle PL/SQL packages, and delivered customer training.

My background also includes project management, software development, network administration, and Atlassian consulting in aviation IT. I work across German and English stakeholder environments and combine Scrum, Kanban, and classic project management approaches.
