Thomas Usle

I’m a mission-oriented Central Regional Manager focused on delivering meaningful impact and building lasting relationships. I bring a consistent track record of pursuing excellence, navigating complex situations with resilience and integrity, and supporting team and organizational success with servant leadership.

As Central Regional Manager for Students for Life of America, I manage and develop teams across 13 states. I recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team of 8, resolve inter-departmental disputes, and drive performance to consistently exceed annual KPIs for growth, engagement, and retention.

In parallel, I was appointed Manager of “Called,” a national outreach initiative focused on program growth and engagement across Catholic schools and dioceses. I lead development of training materials and marketing resources to expand engagement across multiple dioceses.

Previously, I served as Faith and Works IL, IA, and NE Regional Coordinator, mentoring and supporting 120+ pro-life student organizations through service, education, and growth. I traveled across states teaching apologetics, tabling on campus, leading fundraising efforts, and lobbying in state capitols to support life-affirming legislation, while coordinating outreach and developing student leaders to launch new campus organizations.
