What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead multi-project programs, use research and reporting to drive impact, and create compelling media—helping organizations grow communities with clarity, consistency, and momentum.

I’m a NextGen Manager who strengthens Jewish identity and causes by managing an incubator that supports real projects with real momentum. I managed, formalized, and recruited for the NextGen incubator, overseeing 15–18 initiatives, structuring grant agreements to match project needs, and spearheading yearly reports—plus helping other departments with data collection.

I also translate strategy into storytelling, researching, drafting, and editing media content while remodeling our Instagram to maximize organic followers with 10%+ growth monthly. Earlier roles sharpened my execution and people skills—from driving 15+ daily sales and analyzing price points to delivering hotline advocacy with professionalism in high-emotion, high-stakes settings.
