I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 6 years of experience building .NET APIs, Azure Functions, and secure enterprise software systems for healthcare and government environments. I focus on reliability, maintainability, and the kind of security that holds up in production.

In my recent roles, I’ve worked on mission-sensitive systems by contributing to requirements analysis, implementation, debugging, testing, and documentation. I also develop and optimize Oracle APEX reports and complex SQL queries to improve data retrieval and long-term maintainability.

Earlier, I built HIPAA-compliant partner-facing healthcare APIs using C#/.NET, OAuth2, and Entity Framework, and delivered an MVC web portal to manage external access permissions and reduce onboarding time. I used Azure Durable Functions to orchestrate long-running processes across Azure Functions and supported secure cloud-native deployments using App Registrations, Function Apps, and API Management (APIM).

I round out the work with strong data and platform engineering—optimized stored procedures and ETL using SQL, C#, and SSIS—and I collaborate closely with DevOps on YAML-based CI/CD for Azure. I’ve also owned production incident recovery with monitoring tools like Application Insights and Kudu, and I mentor teammates through code reviews, reusable .NET NuGet components, and clear technical documentation.
