At Knighted Gaming, I coordinate time-sensitive gaming operations across dealers, supervisors, security, surveillance, cage personnel, and customers. I manage rapid financial workflows, procedural controls, issue escalation, and table-bank values reaching approximately $100,000.

I independently created a 14-slide operational improvement proposal for Knighted Gaming leadership, translating frontline observations into recommendations around workplace standards, accountability, organization, employee experience, and workforce stability.

I've trained, coached, or substantially assisted approximately 30 Gaming Associates on transaction controls, payout verification, game procedures, customer communication, and table management. During a severe staffing shortage, I worked 21 of 26 days to help maintain continuity of operations.

Previously, at Walmart Supercenter, I coordinated front-end workflows for as many as 50 employees per shift, adjusted staffing for changing demand, and resolved customer, cash-control, and operational issues. I'm completing project-management education and preparing for the CAPM as I transition into project coordination and implementation support.
