I’m a Store Manager managing overall operations of the gas station and car wash, focused on delivering reliable day-to-day results. I facilitate the delivery of product, assist with daily cash operations and paperwork, and maintain cleanliness of public areas.

Previously, I worked as an Assistant Manager, implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the stations General Manager. I supervised employees during day-to-day tasks, provided customer support in escalated situations, and managed overall workflow.

I also bring strong customer service experience from high-volume roles like Host/Takeout at Buffalo Wild Wings and Crew Member at Dunkin Donuts, where I prepared quality products while maintaining proper food and beverage safety practices and handled cash and credit transactions quickly and accurately. In addition, I’ve served as an LNA, taking care of my mother with Terminal Illness and building familiarity with patient confidentiality, HIPAA, patient safety, and medical terminology—supporting a careful, respectful approach to service.
