At Barstool Scottsdale (Barstool Sports), I created new menus quarterly for the restaurant and catering department. I was a Wingfest champion two years running.
At Selrico Services, I developed menu cycles for a private senior food program contracted by the City of Phoenix, with nutritional guidelines in mind. I also created cooking guides, recipes, and ordering tools for kitchen venues.
As Executive Chef at McDowell Mountain Golf Club and Levy Restaurants at the Harley-Davidson Museum/Hotel, I created menus and managed food operations. I also provided private chef services through The Englishman, designing personalized menus and preparing meals for occasions including intimate dinners and special events.
